This preview is used for design review and approval only and is not the final production file.

Design Upload (Preview Files)

Files must be PNG format, high definition
Maximum file size: 15 MB per file
Uploaded files must be preview versions of the design

⚠️ Final production files should not be uploaded at this stage.

Once the preview is approved, we will contact you by email to request the final production files, including:

Original size and correct dimensions
Required file format for manufacturing

If the final files are too large to send by email, we will provide a secure alternative upload method.

Design Size Guidelines (Final Production Files)

These dimensions are provided for reference and will apply to the final files only:

Front & Back panels:

Minimum 85 cm (height) × 60 cm (width)
Sleeves:

Minimum 85 cm (height) × 40 cm (width)

Design Approval & Liability

By approving the design preview and submitting final production files, the customer confirms that:

All artwork, text, logos, and design elements are final, accurate, and approved for production
The customer holds the rights and permission to use all provided content
The customer accepts responsibility for spelling, layout, colours, and overall design accuracy

Once final approval is given and production has started:

No changes can be made
We are not liable for errors that were present in the approved design files
Reprints or refunds due to customer-approved design errors will not be provided

Order Confirmation

Once the preview files and all required information have been submitted, we will contact you directly by email to confirm the design, quantities, pricing, and next steps before production begins.
